Guest Speaker: Sleep specialist, Emma Dawson to give advice and support on any sleeping issues you may have.

The groups are held the second Tuesday of each month.

No need to book, just turn up you can be sure of a warm welcome.

Project officers will be there to chat to if you need any information or you have any concerns.
Heather our holistic therapist will be there offering Indian Head Massages to parents/carers - a lovely way to relax and forget the stresses of life for a while.
